Jody has practiced extensively in both state and federal court in both trial and appellate courts.
Jody's experience incorporates both public and private sector work in both civil and criminal law.
As both a former assistant Cook County assistant state’s attorney and a former Cook County assistant public defender, Jody is particularly sensitive to all issues related to the criminal justice system.
