Valuing People...Celebrating Birthdays!
Beginning in October 2002, Steven
Korte will host a monthly lunch at both the Barrington and
Austin offices to celebrate with employees whose birthday falls
within the month. Steven’s reason for initiating these
birthday lunches is to have time with staff across the organization
in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Birthday lunches provide
an opportunity for cross-departmental interaction, gives attendees
a chance to express questions or share information, while honoring
the birthday celebrants with lunch and, (of course), birthday
cake!
