As of July 1st, 2002 the Rigby IT department has merged with the new Harcourt Regional Technology Center - West (HRTC).  The rationale of the HRTC is to provide increased technology support and services for the growing publishing operations of HRW and Harcourt Supplemental by combining the IT teams of the two divisions.
