Under the LCD display are 3 buttons.  The button on the right should have OPTIONS displayed on the screen above it. 

1. Press this button 5 times (it will show NEXT after first pressing the button) until above the middle button SDIAL appears.
2. Press the button below SDIAL.
   
3. The screen will then display LOCATION.  Press any of the small, gray buttons on the right side of the phone (that are not already assigned a function).
   
4. The screen will then display PRESELECT.  Enter 9 (nine).
   
5. The screen will then display DIAL NUMBER.  Enter number.  You can change the number by pressing the button below BKSP (middle button).
   
6. Press the button below SAVE.
   
7. Press SPEAKER to exit menu
