I am pleased to share with you information pertaining to
our company bonus plan for the year just ended.
Although we did not reach all of our established financial
targets, through your dedicated efforts and concern for
our customers we were able to grow our business eleven percent
which was ahead of the forecasted market growth and likely
ahead of most of our competitors. In doing so we were
also able to exceed our planned target for profit growth
which will earn a bonus amount of $600 (or a prorated amount)
for each employee not covered under a commission or management
bonus plan.
We still must await final confirmation of our results from
Reed Elsevier and REPP before we are able to initiate any
payments. It is likely that you will see your bonus
amount in your first March paycheck. I sincerely appreciate
what you do on a daily basis that contributes to our accomplishments
and that which supports teachers and children in their literacy
development.
