I am thrilled to bring you some exciting news regarding
the Rigby Inventory department.
First up, I want to welcome Lynne DeAlmeida
back to Rigby as the Administrative Assistant for the Inventory
group. I say welcome back because Lynne was formerly
with Rigby up until April of this year. Lynne brings
with her a vast array of experience and talent along with
the previously gathered knowledge of Rigby and our products
and people. She will provide much need Administrative
support for the group. Lynne will report to me and
can be reached at extension 7624.
Lynne's position replaces that formally held by Lisa
Hoff. Lisa's position became available
after her PROMOTION to Inventory Coordinator.
Lisa has been with Rigby for almost 5 years and has absorbed
a wide array of responsibilities over the years. Lisa
has always welcomed new responsibilities and challenges
with a smile and a positive attitude. She has undoubtedly
contributed to the overall success of both Operations and
Inventory. In her new role Lisa will take on an even
larger role within the Inventory group and will be handling
such important matters as work order issuance and prioritization
with our Troy, Mo facility along with Bill of Material maintenance.
Last, but certainly not least, I am happy to announce the
addition of Sheryl
Gafka to Inventory as Senior Planner/Buyer.
Sheryl has been with Rigby for 9 1/2 years, most
recently serving as Purchasing Supervisor within our Manufacturing
Dept. Sheryl brings with her extensive knowledge and
previous purchasing experience of the Rigby product line.
Her commitment to quality work and to Rigby overall
has helped get us through this summers crunch and her permanent
addition to the group will ensure that we are ready to meet
the additional challenges that await us. Sheryl will
be formally starting in Inventory on Monday, 9/9/02, and
will continue to be reachable at extension 7522.
